Creating and Editing Jobs

Under the job postings tab, you will be able to create new postings as well as edit existing records.

Viewing Applications and Interview Schedules

If you are conducting interviews on campus, you can view your upcoming schedules through the Jobs section. Select the interview date in the Interview Schedules column, adjacent to the Applications column, to review your schedule.

Utilizing resume books

Resume books allow you to search for qualified candidates and invite them to apply for your posted positions. Please note: the University of Pittsburgh clears out all resume books annually on July 1.

Internships and Cooperative Education

The University of Pittsburgh encourages students to complement their academic study with substantive career-related work experience through internships and cooperative education positions. These experiences can be for credit or non-credit, paid or unpaid.

If you would like to post an internship opportunity, contact our internship coordinator, Carrie Kazmer at 412-383-HIRE (4473).

Co-op positions in engineering, chemistry, or computer science for academic credit are coordinated by the Director of Cooperative Education at 412-624-9882.
