Registration Fees
Basic registration includes: one 6 ft. table with linen and two chairs, attendance for two recruiters per day, and lunch.
Up to four additional recruiting passes are available for an added cost of $50 per person.

Electrical Service - $25
Electrical service for your booth will be provided for an additional $25. This must be requested at the time of your registration.
Internet Access - no fee
Internet Access will be available through guest accounts. You must request this at the time of your registration.
Additional Recruiters - $50 per recruiter
The basic registration fee includes two recruiting passes. In addition to the two passes that are provided with your basic registration, up to two additional recruiting passes are available at an added cost of $50 per person. Booth Display Sizes
Standard booth size is 6 ft x 10 ft. This includes a skirted table with a tablecloth, two chairs, and draping. Please note that no displays larger than six feet wide are permitted.

Parking Information
The closest parking will be available in the Soldiers & Sailors underground parking. The Soldiers & Sailors underground parking garage is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard (beneath the large grassy area), with the entrance on Bigelow Boulevard. Parking is NOT INCLUDED in your registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
Send your cancellation notice via email to Amanda Sell at ans118@pitt.edu. Registration fees will automatically be transferred to the Fall 2012 Career Fair. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the SEPA director.
