Registration Fees

Basic registration includes:  one 6 ft. table with linen and two chairs, attendance for two recruiters per day,  continental breakfast, lunch, guaranteed parking for one vehicle in Soldiers and Sailors garage.

Up to four additional recruiting passes are available for an added cost of $50 per person.  To guarantee lunch for any additional recruiters, we strongly urge you to request the passes by Friday, January 29.

Electrical Service - $25

Electrical service for your booth will be provided for an additional $25.  This must be requested at the time of your registration.  No requests for electrical service will be accepted after Friday, January 15, 2010. 

 

Internet Access

Internet Access will be available through guest accounts.  You must request this at the time of your registration.  Deadline for requesting internet access is Friday, January 29, 2010. 

 

Interview Table - $25

On Friday, February 12 we will be setting up interview tables in the William Pitt Union with tables for you to interview Pitt students.  Interviews will be from 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm for an additional $25 fee.  If you need to come earlier or stay later, we would be happy to accommodate your schedule the best that we can.

Our interview suites located on the second floor of the William Pitt Union will be reserved for the Career Fair Sponsors on February 12, 2010.  If any interview suites become available, non-sponsor employers will be moved into a suite (s).  Employers will be placed according to the date of their request.  The $25 fee will still apply.

 

Additional Recruiters - $50

The basic registration fee includes two recruiting passes.  In addition to the two passes that are provided with your basic registration, up to two additional recruiting passes are available at an added cost of $50 per person.  To guarantee lunch for any additional recruiters, we strongly urge you to request the passes by Friday, January 29.  After this date, lunch will not be guaranteed.  Please contact Fahcina Lawson with any questions at 412-648-7128 or via email at flawson@pitt.edu

Booth Display Sizes

Standard booth size is 6 ft x 10 ft.  This includes a skirted table with a tablecloth, two chairs, and draping.

 

Material Shipping Information

We highly recommend shipping your career fair materials prior to the event.  Your materials will be delivered to your assigned table on event day.
Please make sure your company name is clearly visible on each item shipped.  Send your materials (to be received no later than February 5) to:

Shipping Your Materials Back

For your convenience, pick-ups have been arranged with UPS and Fed Ex.  Please remember to bring your own shipping labels, as we will not have any available.

Parking Information

Parking will be available in the Soldiers & Sailors (indicated as “SO” on the Campus Parking Map linked below) underground parking.  Take an “entrance ticket”.  Validation stickers will be included in your employer packet, which you will receive upon arrival in the William Pitt Union on the day of the career fair.  At the conclusion of the career fair, attach your validation stickers to your entrance ticket and proceed to the Soldiers & Sailors Garage cashier before returning to your vehicle, for an “exit ticket”.

The Soliders & Saliors underground parking garage is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard (beneath the large grassy area), with the entrance on Bigelow Boulevard.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations MUST be received via email on or before Thursday, December 31, 2009.  Send your cancellation request to radleyjf@pitt.edu.  Cancellations received after December 31 will not receive a refund and will be responsible for submitting basic registration fees.

 

Registration

Registration is available beginning Monday, November 2 until Monday, February 8.  To guarantee your organization’s name is listed in the job fair student directory, please make sure to register before 3:00 pm on Friday, January 15.  Registrations after January 15th will be listed in a supplement flyer.
