How can SEPA help students?
The University of Pittsburgh is deeply committed to helping students land the right internship, part-time job, and ultimately career employment in all professions.
While Pitt’s Career Development Office focuses on helping students develop the tools they need to conduct an effective internship or job search—career planning, resume development, interviewing skills, etc.—the Office of Student Employment and Placement Assistance (SEPA) works diligently to connect businesses and organizations with Pitt students actively seeking jobs or internships.
SEPA works closely with businesses and employers representing a wide variety of professions to host career fairs, conduct on-campus interviews and information sessions, and tap into the Pitt Career Network sponsored by the Pitt Alumni Association.
SEPA helps prepare you to land an internship and for a full-time job search. We also help you secure internships and jobs by matching you with businesses and organizations seeking quality employees.
